Domus Academy was founded in Milan in 1982 as one of the first postgraduate design schools in Italy and as an open project revolving around the experience of Italian design and fashion.Over the years, it has established itself as a school in the full sense of the term: a place for postgraduate training and a research laboratory on the themes of innovation and design.

1-YEAR ACADEMIC MASTER
The master’s Programmes are workshop based, supplemented with seminars,lectures and fieldwork.Industry professionals and teaching staff guide students via individual coaching and Mentorship.
Graduates from Domus Academy Master’s Programmes earn an Academic Masters’s Degree[60 ECTS] accredited by the Italian Ministry for University and Research[MUR], in addition to a Domus Academy Diploma.
INTERNATIONAL DOUBLE AWARD MASTER
The Double Award Master’s Programme path enables students to obtain both an Academic Master’s Degree[60 ECTS] validated by the Italian Ministry for University and Research[MUR] and a Master of Arts Degree[90 ECTS] with an international UK validation issued by Regent’s University London.
- YEAR MASTER OF ARTS
During the 2-YEAR MASTER OF ARTS students deepen their mastery of multidisciplinary design approaches over a longer curriculum.They work in a hybrid “phygital” environment, employing tools like artificial intelligence,algorithms,Web 3.0, and 3D printing to reshape the creative process. They learn to interact across a variety of audiences developing horizontal skill sets and lateral thinking abilities as requested by the latest market trends.
Upon completion of programme,they receive a Master of Arts Degree[120 ECTS] accredited by the Italian Ministry for University and Research[MUR], in addition to a Domus Academy Diploma.
SEMESTER COURSES
Specifically thought for those who want to deepen their design studies in few weeks, the Semester Courses lead students to join selected theoretical courses with professionals, active learning sessions and workshops working in international and cross-disciplinary teams.
ONLINE PREPARATORY PROGRAMME + IN PRESENCE MASTER
The Domus Academy Preparatory Programme in an 8-week long series of intensive online courses which allows students to improve their knowledge and prepare for the challenging interdisciplinary approach of the Master’s Degree Programmes.
SHORT COURSES
Focusing on relevant and topical themes within the design fields, the courses provide recent graduates and young professionals the opportunity to enhance knowledge ad learn new skills. Participants explore and exercise their abilities while acquiring new critical skills and perspectives to apply in their professional activities.
